Refund Policy

Musicallica can neither accept the annulment of an order for digital downloading nor can it offer a refund of payments for such orders after you have begun downloading. Every sound record on this website has a template, extract or review version that is available for evaluation before purchase, which clearly shows the content of each musical product.

However, should technical problems or errors on the website occur related to payments or taxes, or in case of damage to audio tracks, a refund of the monetary amount can be made. Such request must be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the purchase through the Contact form on the website or through the email hello@musicallica.com. We issue all refunds within 7 (seven) days after the received request.

We will withdraw all rights granted by the purchased license in the event of cancellation, annulment or refund of the monetary amount. You must end the use of the sound records and destroy all their copies.
